We come here almost every week and it is always the best! The sushi, the kitchen food, the drinks, all of it is delicious! The servers and sushi chefs are also incredible! Easily my favorite sushi spot in Idaho!

My husband and I travel often and every single place we visit we have sushi. This is by far one of the best places we’ve ever been to. The food was amazingly delicious and super fresh. The service was top tier! We had Chris as our server and he was amazing! Thank you For anyone visiting the area this is an absolute must visit.
I think this has become my favorite sushi place. Update: May 2025. Dinning In: nice and cozy inside. Our server, Jim was awesome, very friendly. Sushi was delicious. We loved it AGAIN!

I wish I had gotten a picture before writing the review but I had the Sashimi Deluxe and it was fantastic, all of the fish was very fresh and very tasty. We also got some of the Steamed Chicken & Vegetable dumplings which were delicious. Fujiyama will definitely be a part of the regular rotation for us.
Fujiyama is mine, and my daughter’s favorite sushi place. The staff is so friendly and the sushi is always so fresh. Bea is our favorite server, we always ask for her when we go she’s the best!
The Katsu Don is delicious. The meat is juicy and tender and the egg is soft and fluffy. The portion is also quite big.
